Professional Experience
Before passing the Florida State Real Estate Exam and obtaining my license as
a Realtor I worked almost two decades as a financial executive for a commercial
and residential real estate development and construction group with over $ 500
million annual sales. I worked and lived on three different continents (Europe,
Africa and North America) and bought and sold more homes than I ever wanted.

Personal
I was born and educated in Germany and was transferred to the US for a 2 years
assignment. This was 20 years ago. My wife Colleen, who is a part-time real
estate agent at our Weichert, Realtors SouthShore office, and I moved from St.
Louis, MO to Florida in 2002 and found our dream home on the water in Apollo
Beach. We enjoy the Bay and the rivers with their natural beauty, their abundant
wildlife and the water sports in the near proximity of world-class cultural,
sports and shopping facilities in Tampa, St. Pete’s and Sarasota.
We want to assist clients in making their real estate dreams come true. We are
serving the local clientele as well as the transferee or retiree from the North
and, last but not least, the smart buyer or investor from Europe who wants to
live in paradise. We are not only issuing you a perfect weather guarantee, we
