We specialize in homes in the SouthShore area of Hillsborough County, from Brandon south to the county line, including Apollo Beach, Ruskin, Riverview and Sun City Center, and in North Manatee County, including Bradenton, with a special emphasis on waterfront, golf course and equestrian properties.
We work closely with the many builders and developers in our area, which enables us to assist our buyer clients with both new and resale homes throughout our area. That area knowledge allows us to provide our clients with informed advice that will help you get value for money in your real estate investments.
While our area is becoming better known for its waterfront homes, with its outstanding access to Tampa Bay and the waters of the Gulf of Mexico beyond, it also boasts a myriad of golf course communities throughout, and excellent equestrian properties in the Sundance area with adjacent miles of horse trails in the Little Manatee State Park.
We also specialize in the sale and purchase of both single-family homes and condos in Sun City Center; one of Florida's premier retirement communities.
Finally, we have a team of corporate relocation specialists to service the needs of corporations with executives moving to and from the Tampa bay area.
Professional Experience
I am a 31-year veteran, former United Kingdom Royal Marines officer who, upon completion of my military service, as Chief of Staff of the British Defense Staff, Washington DC, settled in the USA; initially in Northern Virginia. I subsequently held positions as COO of a UK multi-national electronic security company's US subsidiary, and CEO of a small US company that specialized in remote video-based electronic security services. Since moving to Florida in 1998, and having previously had experience of buying and selling homes both in the USA and the UK, I have moved my work emphasis to real estate. My wife and I recently purchased the Franchise from Weichert, Realtors � SouthShore, which services Eastern Hillsborough County from Tampa and Brandon south to Apollo Beach, and Sun City Center, and North eastern Manatee County as far south as Bradenton, so that we can continue to work with people to help them both to realize the homes of their dreams, and invest wisely in real estate as an investment.

Having had the privilege to live and work around much of the World, I feel very fortunate to have found Apollo Beach, a vibrant, friendly waterfront and boating community, with excellent nearby equestrian facilities, in which to live.
